We have products in three segments:

• NFS - NEW FACTORY SEALED (factory sealed products from the stocks of manufacturers or their distributors in the country)

• NS - NEW SURPLUS (products in open boxes or with boxes missing, from surplus stocks of manufacturers/distributors/end customers, returns of incorrectly purchased parts)

• REF - REFURBISHED (products that are not new, have been used and have been reconditioned, have signs of use but have been refurbished and tested)

• USE – USED (products that have been used but are in working order, cleaned and tested)

All components come with our service warranty of twelve months as standard, extendable to thirty-six months from the date of purchase.

An additional advantage is our partnership agreements in over a dozen countries around the world with manufacturers and suppliers for customised components.
